What You Need to Know

We founded Sunline Garden Furniture with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. Delivery Info

DUE TO THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC OUR SHIPPING TIMES HAVE BEEN DELAYED

We will only charge shipping for the most expensive item in your basket.

We will try and deliver the item within a few working days if it is in stock, if it is out of stock it will take longer. 

For shipping rates outside Ireland please contact us, you can find our number on home page.

Return Policy

Under the European Directive on Consumer Rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 as amended and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 you have the right to return any items purchased online provided that:

  1. It is within 14 days of delivery receipt.

  2. The goods are in perfect condition and have not been assembled.

  3. The goods are in their original packaging and fit for resale. 

  4. A pickup and restocking fee of 25% of the items sell value will apply for furniture returns. This will cover the pickup of your furniture and internal administrative costs. Please get in touch with info@sunlinegardenfurniture.com to arrange pickup and refund. 

  5. Bespoke furniture pieces that have been customised outside of our standard fabric ranges cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

  6. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses and cannot be returned unless they are in their original packaging and the seal has not been broken. 

This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Consumer Rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 as amended and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

CANCELLATION

If for any reason you would like to cancel an order this may be done by contacting our online support on info@sunlinegardenfurniture.com . You will only be able to cancel orders up till 5pm on the day of order.

We reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any late cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of these Terms.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We cannot always guarantee availability of stock and will endeavour to deliver as soon as it is back in stock.
